Dealing With Issues:

Progressive Discipline – Human Resources provides consistent guidelines for all supervisors to determine when disciplinary action is warranted and what appropriate disciplinary action should be taken. This procedure is applicable to all full-time and regular part-time (whose contracts have no end date) employees at Fleming.

Freedom of Information (FOI):  This link will provide information regarding the responsibility of all employees to understand what personal information is, and when working with personal information to collect, use and disclose it only where necessary to perform their individual job duties.

Job Evaluation (Classification):  Job Evaluation is the process of systematically analyzing the duties and responsibilities of a position in order to determine its relative value to the organization.

Employee/Supplier Determination: Information to assist in determining whether the provider of a temporary service to the College should be treated as an employee of the College, or a supplier of the service (self-employed worker) and how to process payment for these services.
