HR Request Form

The Human Resources (HR) Department has implemented a process designed to better serve the College community.  We are now using a centralized HR Request Form for questions or requests that were previously sent directly to your HR Consulant, HR Leaders, Payroll, or the general HR email.

All submissions are triaged and directed to the appropriate HR team member or specialty area to ensure efficient and accurate support.

Benefits of this process:

  • Faster service for routine inquires
  • Direct connection with the HR staff who have the expertise to assist with complex issues
  • Improved tracking and insights, allowing us to identify patterns, create tools and resources to address recurring issues, support leaders more effectively, and report on trends and service columes.
