Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provides confidential support and resources to full-time employees and their eligible family members.


Introducing our new EFAP Provider

Effective January 1, 2026, Homewood Health will become our EFAP provider, continuing Fleming College’s commitment to accessible, confidential support.

Until December 31, 2025:

TELUS Health will continue to provide EFAP services.

Effective January 1, 2026:

Homewood Health will provide EFAP services for all new requests.


Accessing Homewood Health

Eligible employees and eligible family members can access EFAP services through Homewood Health by phone or online.

If you prefer services in another language, please let the Client Services Centre Intake Counsellor know when you call, and the language matching service will connect you with support in your preferred language.

Online:

Create an online account by visiting Homeweb.ca, using access code FC1309.

Homeweb:

Homeweb is part of your EFAP and can be accessed on your phone, tablet, or computer.  Create an individual profile to receive personalized content recommendations and access a variety of helpful resources – anywhere, anytime.

Sentio by Homewood Health:

Sentio is an internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT) program.

Homewood Pathfinder:

Pathfinder provides personalized care plans and services based on your unique presenting concerns.


Confidentiality

EFAP services are confidential and provided by qualified professionals.  Information shared through the EFAP is not disclosed to the employer.
