Memoranda of Understanding

Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) are agreements between the Academic Union and the College that document our shared understanding of the interpretation of certain articles in the Collective Agreement and their application at Fleming. The College and Union have agreed to create MoUs when the language in the Collective Agreement is unclear or silent. MoUs remain in effect until renegotiated at a time that is mutually agreed to by the College and Union, typically upon expiry of the Collective Agreement.
